Return Policy
Our goal is to give you Sugar Control Atta that is fresh and of high quality. Before you buy, please read our policy on refunds and cancellations carefully.
- Cancelling Orders
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of buying it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
- We won’t take cancellations once the order has been shipped.
- If you want to cancel, please call or email us at [Your Email/Phone] with your order information.
- Money back
- Refunds are only possible if the following conditions are met:
- The item is broken, wrong, or damaged when it arrives.
- You must ask for a refund within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof (a video or photo of the unboxing).
- The refund will be sent back to the same payment method within 7 to 10 business days once it has been confirmed.
- Returns
- We can’t take back items that have been opened or used because they will go bad.
- If the package was delivered incorrectly, you can only return it if it is sealed, unused, and not damaged.
- Cases that can’t be refunded
If:
- The package is opened, used, or partially consumed.
- The cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped.
- Minor variations in color/texture, as natural flours may slightly differ from batch to batch.
