Return Policy

Our goal is to give you Sugar Control Atta that is fresh and of high quality. Before you buy, please read our policy on refunds and cancellations carefully.

  1. Cancelling Orders
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of buying it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • We won’t take cancellations once the order has been shipped.
  • If you want to cancel, please call or email us at [Your Email/Phone] with your order information.
  1. Money back
  • Refunds are only possible if the following conditions are met:
  • The item is broken, wrong, or damaged when it arrives.
  • You must ask for a refund within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof (a video or photo of the unboxing).
  • The refund will be sent back to the same payment method within 7 to 10 business days once it has been confirmed.
  1. Returns
  • We can’t take back items that have been opened or used because they will go bad.
  • If the package was delivered incorrectly, you can only return it if it is sealed, unused, and not damaged.
  1. Cases that can’t be refunded

If:

  • The package is opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • The cancellation request is made after the product has been shipped.
  • Minor variations in color/texture, as natural flours may slightly differ from batch to batch.
